New EE
Media: Experiential, Retail, proximity marketing, UX & social
Role: CD, CW, AD

The launch of new EE marks a whole new era for the brand. It signals an intent to become the UK’s most personal, customer-focussed brand offering brilliantly-simple products, tools and digital experiences to enrich customers’ everyday lives.

Central to this, is EE's promise to inspire and free the innovator in everyone, through the new brand pillars of Home, Learn, Work and Game.

I played a key part in Publicis Groupe’s cross-agency team for the development and launch of this new positioning across multi-channel customer and advertising comms.
Tactical proximity media
Once the brand campaign had gone live, there was work to do to give people tangible reasons to come in store. This involved intercepting shoppers on high streets, grabbing commuters and generally hitting them tactically at a whole bunch of specific locations.
Gamifying a car-park
How do you grab shoppers before they've even started shopping?
By creating an immersive takeover that switches the drivers going into Westfield car park into game mode. Every prominent media space was used to make the driver feel like they were navigating a game with gaming actions.
EE Studio
The brand's retail experience, reinvented – making smart tech everyday useful across the brand's new key pillars of Gaming, Home, Work and Learning.
Inside the studio,
you'll find the UK's biggest Gaming Hub and first Digital Spa.

Live events space. Repair cafe. Live devices. Learning and tutorials.
And AR customer journeys. Our role covered everything from brand design and UX interfaces to films and in-store influencer promotions
and activations.
Hello Helpful Home
Everything about the EE Studio is designed to encourage people to touch, pick up and try out all the tech around them. And see for themselves how it can get the lights, the telly, the door
(even when you're out). And more.
EE Smart Home Security
Now you can check in on home on your phone,
wherever you are in the world. All thanks to smart home security solutions from EE.
But with these instore videos – played when customers interact with the products – we wanted to show that
EE Smart Home Security is more than just sensible.
So, with each film, we highlighted the everyday benefits (and fun) that the tech can bring.
